Jim Power, Chief Economist at Friends First visited the college this morning and gave a very timely presentation, considering the Leaving Cert is only a few weeks away, to our Senior Cycle Economics students. In a very relaxed and informal manner he covered most important topics on the Leaving Cert. course. The students were all very upbeat and positive following the Jim’s address, saying he couldn’t have come at a better time. Many thanks to Jim for taking time out of his busy schedule to share his knowledge and experience with our students. Thanks also to Ms Shiovaun O'Sullivan who organised the visit.
